415 Volt Custom Battery Trip Unit
NKD Group were approached by a uk leading manufacturer to tender for 3x 415v battery chargers as part of an extensive upgrade of the current LV switch room.
The current battery chargers on site were a very old design and very old technology and we was to tender to upgrade and replace all the hardware.

Once we received the notification that we were successful in the tender process, the designs were submitted and approved by our client with the full scope including:
- Mechanical Drawings & Documents
- O&M Manual
- Single Line Schematic Diagram
- Functional Diagram
- List of Spare Part Available
- Factory Testing
- Delivery to site
1 x 415v 3 phase 125Vdc 16A units with 12v 21.5ah batteries and 2 chargers
2 x 415V 3 phase 125Vdc 10A units with 12v 21.5ah batteries and 2 chargers
This complete custom project was delivered to site and installed by on site engineers.
