LV Panel Building
Standard LV feeder pillars or custom built free standing or transformer mounted distribution boards can be built to your specification using variations between ACB’s, MCCB’s and fuse ways to suit your requirements.
With our vast stock of different size breakers, various manufacturers and spare parts we have the capabilities to build to your requirements.
Project example to the left:
Client required 1600amp ACB mounted into a Schneider cabinet to be transformer mountable with custom CT’s. Copper designs were carried out, CT’s were ordered and delivered within 1 week, the panel was built and delivered to site within 10 days.
Copper Works
Designing, bending, drilling and fitting….. all in a days work.
A large part of panel building is the LV copper works, with our in house designer and CNC machine we have the ability to offer full turn key solutions with a fast turn around.

Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB)
Similar story to the Air circuit breakers we have a vast stock of Moulded case circuit breakers, from modern Schneider breakers to old Dorman smith 630amp MCCB’s, stock of all shapes and sizes on the shelf available for nation wide dispatch same day and next day. Along with this we support spare parts for all breakers new and refurbished parts from coils to cases to relays.
We have built countless small bespoke distribution boards incorporating both ACB’s and MCCB to suit clients requirements.

LV Circuit Breaker Parts
If your circuit breaker has failed we should have the parts to repair it. A huge part of what we offer is spare parts, any failed breakers we take in as a part exchange and strip them for parts test them and put them on the shelf.
