This plug-in kit is designed for 3-pole ComPact NSX400 and NSX630 fixed circuit breakers. By integrating this kit, a fixed circuit breaker can be converted into a plug-in configuration, facilitating swift and straightforward installation or removal from its base without the need to connect or disconnect the power circuit.

Kit Components:

  • Plug-in Base (Part No. LV432516): Enables front or rear connections for seamless integration. 

  • Power Connections (Part No. LV432518): Set of three connectors ensuring reliable electrical linkage. 

  • Short Terminal Shields (Part No. LV432591): Two shields providing IP40 protection, safeguarding against direct contact with live parts. 

  • Safety Trip Interlock (Part No. LV432520): Ensures the circuit breaker trips automatically if an attempt is made to engage or withdraw it while in the ‘ON’ position, enhancing operational safety. 

The plug-in configuration offered by this kit enhances maintenance efficiency and operational safety by allowing the circuit breaker to be installed or extracted without disturbing the power connections.
