standard early break contact, ComPact NSX100 to NSX250
This single early break contact is designed to indicate the rotary handle position for ComPacT NSX 100/160/250 and PowerPact Multistandard H/J frame circuit breakers. Used in conjunction with a rotary handle, the early break contact (CAM) enables anticipation of device opening, enhancing operational safety and control.
The contact is integrated directly into the rotary handle unit and features a common point changeover design, offering one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) contact. It is rated for 6 A and supports a minimum load of 100 mA at 24 VDC.
The contact complies with utilisation categories AC-12, AC-15, DC-12, and DC-14, and conforms to IEC 60947-5-1 standards. Each ComPacT NSX or PowerPact chassis can be fitted with one early break contact.
