Custom 3200 amp low voltage distribution board
A long standing existing customer of our NKD group approached us looking for an improved lead time on a custom low voltage distribution panel.
Our client outline the requirements with specific Schneider breakers which we adhered to.
Once we had the full scope of works our design team got to work. As with any of our LV distribution boards we submit a design as part of our proposal.
Once design is signed off and approved the build begins. In this instance the customer requested new enclosure, new copper bars and fully refurbished LV Schneider breakers. The board consists of the following:
- 1 x NW32 H1 3200amp incomer
- 2 x NSW400 400amp feed
- 1 x NS160 160amp feed
- 5 x NS100 100amp feed
The entire project from enquiry to delivery was completed within 6 weeks!
1 very happy customer with a massively reduced lead time and a huge cost saving.
