Custom built 2500amp low voltage distribution board including a 2500kva fully refurbished ONAN transformer

Our client approached us requiring a custom 2500 amp low voltage distribution panel and to also include and additional 2500 kva ONAN transformer.

Our client outlined their requirements and then our design team got to work.

After discussions with our client and then showing them our designs we had put together for them to meet their requirements.We were given the go ahead and the orders were placed, that is when our build team then got to work.

The customer requirements for this 1 were as follows:

1 x 2500 amp Schneider electrical MTZ2 ACB incomer

2 x 1000 amp MCCB’S

2 x 160 amp MCCB’S

2 x 200 amp MCCB’S

1 x 250 amp MCCB

2 x 400 amp MCCB’S

3 x 630 amp MCCB’S

1 x PFC

Form 4 Type 2 IP32 Bottom entry / Top exit

These breakers were all in our refurbished stock and installed by ourselves. Which gives our customers a lot quicker turnaround time.

Once our build team have completed the build and installed all the breakers. That is when we get the test engineers in to do all the final checks.

Once final checks and testing is complete, Delivery is then arranged for the customer. The board was then loaded on along with the 2500 kva refurbished ONAN transformer. 11kv / 415v that was in stock and turned around in a short 2 week lead time.
