1600amp low voltage distribution board, with an additional 1600amp changeover panel.

Our customers approached us needing a very quick turnaround for a 1600 amp low voltage distribution board.

After further discussions we established they needed a back up supply for the board as they needed to have a constant supply.

After several conversations and ideas about their needs our design team then got to work…….

Once the designs were sent and then confirmed by the customer everything was ordered and  our engineers got to work on the change over panel while we were waiting for our delivery from cubic for the lv board……….

Once the delivery arrived from cubic for the lv board our engineers then got to work…….. Once the main shell was built they then installed the busbar and the main incoming breaker. Then the mccb’s for all the ongoing ways were installed that had been specified by the customer to meet there requirements for the panels. All refurbished breakers were supplied by ourselves from our stock!!!!

Once the build is complete. The panel is fully tested before we then get it ready for delivery.

This panel took us 6 weeks from initial enquiry ,finalising designs, build and then getting  it delivered to our customer. Due to having a vast amount of refurbished breakers in stock we are able to give a much quicker turnaround!!!!
